Zemira Barnes MS, RDN, LD

Hi, I’m Zemira, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a passion for helping adults reduce inflammation, recover from stress, and feel strong and energized again through food-first, whole-body nutrition.

With a background in both inpatient and outpatient clinical care, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating stress-related fatigue, micronutrient depletion, surgical recovery, and inflammation-related symptoms. I also provide mindful support for those experiencing stress-related weight changes—helping you feel more in tune with your body, not at odds with it.

I earned both my Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Tuskegee University, where I studied the profound effects of food on the body. My love for nutrition was deeply rooted in my upbringing, inspired by my mother’s passion for holistic healing. When I’m not exploring the latest in nutrition science, you can find me making memories with family and friends or building strength at the gym.

I take an integrative approach that’s warm, realistic, and personalized to your life. I believe recovery doesn’t require perfection—just the right guidance, consistency, and nourishment.

Whether you're recovering from burnout, prepping for a procedure, or simply tired of feeling depleted, I’m here to help you rebuild resilience—one meal at a time.
